• All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated
• Event details (date, time, location, lineup) are subject to change
• Tickets are non-transferable unless specified
• Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced

We are not responsible for third-party ticketing platforms 

But will assist when possible.

• No refunds unless an event is canceled by us
• If an event is postponed, tickets may be honored for the new date
• Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method

For vendors participating in our events:

• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Vendors are responsible for their own setup, licensing, and legal compliance
• We reserve the right to remove vendors not aligned with event standards or themes
• Product authenticity, safety, and legality are the sole responsibility of the vendor

Buffalo Events Marketplace is a safe space for everyone. 

 We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for:

Harassment

Bullying 

Discrimination or hate of any kind 

 This includes behavior related to (but not limited to):  

Social identity

Religious beliefs 

Political views 

 Any individual (attendee, vendor, performer, or staff) engaging in inappropriate behavior—either at our events or online in connection with our events—will: 

 Be immediately removed from the event without refund 

Be permanently banned from all future Buffalo Events Marketplace events 

 **We expect all participants to treat others with respect, kindness, and professionalism at all times.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, branding, and images—is the property of Buffalo Events Marketplace and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

By attending our events, you grant permission for:

• Photography
• Video recording

These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from an event at our discretion, including for:

• Violating the Code of Conduct
• Disruptive or unsafe behavior
• Failure to follow venue rules

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

(such as ticketing services, payment processors, and social media).

 We are not responsible for their policies or practices.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buffalo Events Marketplace shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buffalo Events Marketplace, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the website or participation in events.
